Every sailing has the same five open rooms: General, Solo Cruisers, Meetups and Events, LGBTQ+ Sailors and Allies, and Port Day Plans. A sailing starts with General and the rest open the first time someone uses one, so a quiet ship does not greet you with empty rooms. Adult rooms sit behind ID verification, and anyone can open a password-protected room for their own group.

Chats lock when the cruise ends. Crew is how the people you actually clicked with stay in your life. You see when a Crew member boards a new sailing, so the next "let us sail together" happens.

Dress codes, dining, ports, deck plans, which bar is still open at 1am. Kai is grounded in your specific ship and itinerary, and a verified travel advisor can be tagged into the thread for booking questions.

People are open on Nautir because nothing follows them home. These are the rules, and they have no exceptions.
A scanned ID and a liveness check gate every like, message and match, plus the adult and spicy rooms. Open rooms need a signed 18+ attestation. Documents are processed by a verification provider and never stored by Nautir.
Android blocks them outright. On iOS a screenshot of a protected screen comes out blank and the attempt is logged. Three attempts in a day locks the account for a week.
Sent to disappear after a single viewing, then queued for server-side deletion.
On your sailing, likes, matches and messages need a shared voyage. Off it, a Nauti Pro member can send a community like and you see only a count. A conversation opens when you like back, which also takes Nauti Pro. Neither side ever sees the other's ship or dates. No location tracking, no phone numbers.
Match chats lock the day after you dock and rooms close 48 hours after. Every message, room and group chat is deleted seven days after the sailing ends. A community connection ends after 90 days without a message, or the moment either person ends it, and is deleted seven days after that.

A Nauti Pro member can send you a community like from that listing; you see only how many likes you have, never who. Liking back opens a conversation and also takes Nauti Pro. Being listed is free and you can switch it off in Settings.

Yes. Tap anyone's avatar on a message in a room and their profile card opens with a Like button on it. It is the same like as in Discover, so it needs a verified ID and a shared sailing, and it is free for everyone.
